I am currently leasing my 3rd Honda vehicle from Ceilidh Honda and although that says something in itself, I am constantly impressed by the level of knowledge, courtesy and efficiency shown by both the Service Team as well as the Sales Staff. Super friendly and such a pleasure to deal with!!

Why do people praise car dealers? Let me share my story with Ceilidh Honda. I bought what I thought was a new Honda Civic in 2009 and was delivered a car that was smashed and repainted How do I know this? I took it to Portland Street Honda's Body Shop manager and he confirmed it. Ceilidh Honda wanted $3500 from me to replace the vehicle!!!!!!I called Honda Canada and after potential arbitration, Ceilidh replaced the smashed vehicle with a car from Cumberland Honda. The bar is so low for these bottom feeders, that when they actually do their job, we bow to them. Shame on these artists!

Went there years ago.. was looking at buying a brand new car. Was paying cash, they were the most expensive Honda dealership in Nova Scotia for the car i was buying. They tried to talk to me on how good of a deal i was getting until i stopped them and told them i was not financing i was buying it that day with hundred dollar bills. They then seemed like they didn't want to talk to me anymore, i also had the dealer invoice pricing. They didn't want to talk to me at all after that. Not only this dealership though. Dartmouth was horrible as well. I ended up going to colonial where i got the best deal. And they've always treated me well.

I've been looking for a vehicle for three months unfortunately I've had some bad experiences with dealerships. I went to Ceilidh Honda and finally had an amazing experience. Bill (sales man) took the time to go over everything about the car ,not once but three times until I felt comfortable with everything. He even paired my phone with my car. The whole staff went over and beyond .Great people to deal with. I will definitely recommend these guys. Thanks again for all that the staff has done for me. You guy are awesome!!!

Good service it is worth it to go there compared to other dealers

A couple months ago now my wife and I were in the market for a good used CRV. Being that we lived in the HRM we started shopping in this area first. Looking locally at used lots as well as local new dealers. We found some suitable vehicles but were not able to come to a satisfactory conclusion until we met Allan Janes and the team at Ceilidh Honda. Not only did we find the exact vehicle we were looking for but we also found a dealership that went above and beyond to make sure we felt we were being looked after. I cannot recommend these folks enough. They went above and beyond. They were fair on price and looked after all of the details. Will return for repeat business for sure because of the staff and the feel of the dealership. Much more at home" feel vs. dealers in the HRM."
