Im only in town for a few days every 2 weeks and luckily this clinic was one that was open on the weekend. The wait times were fairly long (I waited a couple hours for the walk in clinic before seeing the doctor). The receptionist was really nice and the doctor was nice and seemed knowledgeable too. Parking was a bit iffy but the inside was very clean. I'd go back here again.

Disappointed with the walk-in experience here. The reception was polite and friendly but the physician's assistant who provided treatment did not listen, quickly made a false assumption about the issue (despite my multiple attempts to advocate for myself), and did not explain the treatment being prescribed. I am disappointed that providers here aren't practicing patient-centred care.

I got there 10 minutes before they open" to see a line up already formed and the receptionist was already admitting people. I was 6th in line and waited less than an hour. The doctor was an "assistant doctor" (I think is what he said) and he was very friendly

I had an Immigration Medical Examination with Dr. McKee and Melanie ( administrative assistant ). They were professional, friendly and punctual.

Went for getting my immigration medicals done.Melane helped me to get everything done so quick and Dr.Mckee was really friendly and helpful.The visit is only by appointment and we can call the clinic for getting the appointment.Everything was goodAnd I would totally recommend this clinic if anyone is looking for IRCC medicals.

Second time visiting today and I had to take the time to commend both front desk staff and Doc Alex! I have lived here for just over two years, finding a family doctor is a nightmare, yet when in need this clinic is a dream. The doctor is more than attentive and has a heart bigger than the clinic itself. You may be in line for a while dependant of time of day, but are in absolutely no way treated like a number.

Please learn to change your website for proper hours... Even on holiday... Many people rely on the internet for information!!!

Great place to get your PR medical done! Melanie, the administrative assistant at Ridgeway, set me up with an appointment and requisition forms for my lab tests as soon as I walked in. Melanie is extremely well versed with the Immigration medical process and should be the first person you should see to get your medical done as quickly as possible!

They are not fully accessible by no means. They have a ramp outside door is automatic but second door only around a foot and a half in no way is not. I got up the ramp in the fort door then struggled while trying to open and turn to try to get through the door on my own no employee ever left their chair. To walk in and find a big board saying walk in full in big letters while no secretary or anything said one word to me not even hi or anything. Just sat there and looked at me me sitting there with board in front of desk saying it was full. I found that so rude just sat on their chair watched me as I struggled to get in the second door without help once in sat and watched me no words when I saw the thing was full. So unwelcoming so unhelpful and cold and rude. Online says fully accessible. Don’t be fool in now way is it. Igbo you’re in your own Andrew need accessible Int recommendation is go somewhere else. I will never go there again. In no way acceptable by a health care walk in.

This clinic is phenomenal. Everyone from the reception staff to the doctor I saw (Dr. Alex) were kind, patient, and an absolute joy to deal with. Even with a wait time of two hours, when I was seen by Dr. Alex, he treated me with more care and consideration than I'd experienced from a health care professional in over 25 years! He really seemed to listen to my concerns and give me reasonable care and directives going forward. I will definitely be back.Please note: parking is a bit dicey around the building, so keep that in mind when you come here.
