I did some diy drip line irrigation in my yard and garden and ran into a problem with too much backflow pressure. After spending 2 hours on the phone with the brand name company without any solutions I called WaterTec in Langley for some help. I was connected with Brandon almost immediately and he was able to give me a possible solution. I went to the store location the next day and despite being extremely busy was able to get what I needed and more to solve my problem. Outstanding customer service from Brandon who went above and beyond for me and to the other gentleman who assisted in store (sorry didn’t catch your name). You certainly don’t come across this kind of customer service ever.
