I was trying to track down sod in the off-season and was having a hard time. No one had any in stock. I was calling around and asking and the fine folks here made a recommendation to one of their local competitors who had some in stock. Ordered top soil to put on my lawn, recieved mostly sand some soil, a ton of gravel, some rocks 3 to 4 inches in diameter,, ruined my lawn, do not order this product from them.

I ordered gravel from them. Their driver mistakenly placed the gravel in my neighbor's driveway. However after I called to let them know, the lady was kind enough to sort this issue out right away. Excellent customer service.

We just put in our lawn a couple of weeks ago that was supplied by this company. We are very pleased with how it is establishing in our yard. It has only been just under 2 weeks and it is rooted well. We are very happy with the quality of this lawn

Negotiated a new front lawn and tasted some very nice vodka at the Roots & Wings Distillery. Not the combination of activities I anticipated!The turf staff were very knowledgeable and helpful regarding the sod. They arranged delivery and installation.The staff in the distillery were very attentive and taught me a lot about their process. A very interesting visit altogether!

They charge you for a pallet $25 each, then when you want to return it, they don't want to give your money back. (I got a pallet with their company name stamped on it).Do you have your receipt?" No i don't because you instructed me to pay cash and then never gave me a receipt.The pallet is likely worth $5.00

Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT BUY from them. Provided 8000 sqft of turf full of crab grass and I made several attempts to contact them to resolve the issue. Instead of taking accountability and rectifying the situation they provided phone number of another company and asked me to deal with them to resolve the problem. I had been a loyal customer for Western Turf for years and would never buy from them again considering poor product quality and customer service levels that have dropped significantly.
