In 2019, Kyle installed my heat pumps. Very thorough and the service I received was extraordinary!I had a failure on one unit which was repaired under warranty with no issues in 2020. I just had another repair (different part) and Lee came to service this unit, under warranty. He was also excellent and extraordinary!The labor invoice was delivered professionally with several easy options to pay and a receipt was provided promptly.Both gentlemen were knowledgeable, professional and just all round great. I highly recommend this company.

I booked a heat-pump install with Kyle for the following week. He walked me through suggested units and was available for any follow-up. I booked an install with him and he ordered the required hardware.A few days later, I had to cancel the install completely as I had double booked with two providers and completely forgotten. Kyle was not only understanding, he was patient and he assured me that I didn't cause any issues. Very communicative, very reasonable, very honest and gave me a really good feeling about using him in the future.
