Caution, buyer beware!I did not have a good experience at the store with Claudia and Mark. I had purchased at this location before. My first bad experience.I purchased an Avista light fixture at 205 Marycroft Drive#4 on April 22, 2023.When I had my light fixture installed by a electrician he said one of the four lights was not working due to a malfunction/defect in the wiring, not the bulb. It was the last light fixture. I was sold a product that had been previously used and returned . I called the store and spoke with Claudia she was not considerate or understanding with my frustrations. There was no apology for the inconvenience. There was additional costs incurred to install, take down and install new fixture once again. Claudia said she had to order a brand new one. I arranged a pick up date and approximate time for pick up to find the store closed at 4:45 pm despite advertising on the store front window closed at 5 pm a waste of time !! Called the next day spoke with Mark and I mentioned about the store being closed early he gave me a lame excuse and I felt he didn't care. I felt he brushed me off in our telephone conversation again no apologies. I had to return it, pick it up twice and the electrician had to charge me again to install it. I am not happy of the outcome. I will not shop at this store or recommend any family or friends again!!

We bought about 5 fixtures from them where one was defective. He told us that the fixture has atleast 5 year warranty and took the fixture back for fixing. We have been going back and forth physically to the place (they never pick a call) asking about the status for the last two months now. They have always talked with a bad attitude and are giving absolutely no definitive answer as to whether we will be refunded or if the fixture will be fixed or not.

Was interested in buying several fixtures. I called and spoke to Kevin who was so unbelievably rude and seemed he couldn't be bothered to help a potential customer. He informed me that he didn't carry the particular fixture I was interested in because they don't deal with Hinkley. I asked if he would be kind enough to look up the fixture product number (available in multiple places by googling it) to let me know if they had something similar. He said he couldn't look it up, didn't have access??? (I guess no computer at this location in VAUGHAN?). He clearly couldn't be bothered, cut me off at every sentence. Really disappointed and now I for sure would never make the trip to this location to give them business. Not sure if Kevin is the owner/manager or an employee, but not good for business.

Absolutely lovely staff and beautiful light fixtures. We LOVE the light fixtures purchased within the past year. The one we installed within the bedroom today is so stunning. Can’t say thank you enough for having the most perfect products we were looking for.

I keep coming back to Living Lighting Woodbridge because they have the best choice in lighting anywhere. The owner is a sweetheart, she has been very accommodating when I've changed my mind on a fixture, returned and purchased another.In another instance, I brought a fixture home, there was a bulb missing, she replaced it with no questions asked. I've ordered lighting as well and it's arrived in 3 days! The service is EXCELLENT and so is their taste in the lighting that they choose to carry. I've bought all the light fixtures for my mother's suite here and most of mine and I just love them!

I've always had positive experiences at this lighting store. I've purchased light fixtures for my bedrooms, living room, and most recently my kitchen. Highly recommended.
