I called Evan at 10pm on a Thursday evening after getting a very upsetting visit from BC Hydro. Evan was calm, kind, genuine and incredibly knowledgeable and he helped us through an emergency situation that I felt so helpless about. When Evan showed up on site he gave us so much confidence and assurance and he fixed a problem that was so bizarre and strange that even BC Hydro had no idea what was going on. I would call Evan in a heartbeat!!

We had a problem with our service to our panel that was shorting out our new electric car charger. Evan spent many hours diagnosing the problem which turned out to be a loose connection to our panel from the Hydro Service. He graciously did not charge us for his diagnosis time and had Hydro come in on an emergency basis (therefore no charge from Hydro) to disconnect the street level power supply in the morning and then proceeded to correct the loose terminal. Hydro returned and reconnected everything and the problem was solved. Evan and his co-worker Landon were efficient, trustworthy, tidy and respectful of our house and time. I would not hesitate to hire Evan and Fox Electric for any service in the future.

Even came up with a way to wire our new AC unit without creating more work and need for cosmetic fixes. It was a pain for them to do, but they did it, and we are so grateful! Highly recommend.

Evan was patient enough to respond to all my e-mails and Norminder, who did the work, was a great guy, super pleasant and he did a very professional job. We worked with Evan to upgrade our electrical panel and set up new wiring for a heat pump. Evan did a great job explaining different options and helped us find older breakers and save us money. The wiring work went really well; even the heat pump installers were impressed with how everything was done.
