My experience with Dr. Kim's office was frustrating and ineffectual. The receptionist does not return calls, the doctor did not treat my condition. I had to find a different doctor. I've read other reviews and this is not uncommon treatment.

Beyond incompetent. The entire setup of his office is embarrassing. A lack of communication. Overall, a doctor who you should not feel comfortable helping you in anyway. Seek another professional or alternative help if you are recommended to him.

Dr. Kim is fantastic, very thorough and explained everything in terms I could understand well.The ladies at the reception desk are great and very friendly. They also got me an appointment right away, which I am thankful for!The office is also very clean and well organized.Overall a great experience and I highly recommend Dr.Dennis Kim!

The Doctor is not good. You will get an appointment and arrive 5 mins early. Waiting for another 20mins and see/talk to you for 2 mins. Never calls on time for phone call appointment. The 10 am appointment will end up to no calls or 6 pm pr 8pm at night. He doesn’t know my condition. He just always do blind diagnosis all the time. Hence no explanation coming from him.

I just want to say dr Kim is the most amazing dr and surgion I would highly recommend him to anyone he did an amazing job with my kidney stone surgery made sure I was well taken care of!!

Nothing but good things to say regarding Dr Kim and his staff. From the onset, they answered their phones (a rarity these days) and have been very accommodating. Dr Kim himself was very attentive and took matters seriously. I'm seeing some less than favourable reviews but can honestly say my experience has been the exact opposite.
