I spoke to customer service, the gentleman who I spoke to was named Josh, and he went above and beyond to help me find a resolution to my problem. In times with people are so impersonal, Josh is example on how customer service should be performed.

Don't buy tools here. Go to Princess Auto. Can tire refused to refund just because I used it for once and it didn't work as I expected.Princess Auto have much better price on tools and they will accept returns without questions.

Closed before six o clock didn't answer phone. What a lousy service. Not a good representation of the Canadian name. Edit: I have already sent an email complaining to the email address on the website to leave feedback. This was done before the corporate response to this post. So on top of phoning the store, emailing the feedback address and leaving poor feedback they now want more effort on my part. How about you respond to the actual Google review corporate instead of placing a stock response on my review? Ps current store hours incorrectly displayed on window.

Purchased a new battery for my car here. Had to pay an extra $20 + tax on top of it for a deposit. They told me it will be refunded when bringing in the old battery. When I brought the old one back, they did not return the full amount. The tax was not refunded. Too bad I only noticed this when I got back home. Definitely won't shop here again.

Went in today 03/03/23 at 8am, overall staff are very friendly. Went to the automotive for service on my car. Was greated very nicely by the nice guy, asked what was the problem with the car that was making allot of noise at the rear driver's side, sounded like the shock was loose, I explained and he listen carefully. He explained and let me know the charge for inspecting the car and if any repairs needed and I proceed withe the repair that the charge for the inspection won't be charged. He came back and explained in details the problem and I proceeded with the repair. I was in and out in about 1hour and 30 minutes.The cashier was also very nice.Overall very satisfied with the repair and the service I received today.Thank you everyone.

Great customer service and experience. I brought my escape in as the blower motor died. It was the only place in Toronto that had one, so Saturday I went to pick it up. While I was there I thought I'd ask if they could put it in, to my surprise they said yes to leave my key. They worked on it for several hours when they came to me to say due to the clips they can not get it out, that they'd need to keep it. Unfortunately I was not able to leave it there and asked if they could put it together enough for me to drive, they were accommodating and put it together. I brought it back on Sunday and was given a ride home via uber. At 4pm I received a call to say it was ready and was picked up via uber again to retrieve my car. The customer service was beyond my expectations and the work was excellent.Note: While waiting I asked to use the washroom, was told it was out of order

The best Canadian tire store I ever visited. Great customer service and awesome staff. I just love to shop here. All Staff is always ready to help and actually give correct opinion and great knowledge regarding the products. They actually understand and help to fix customer's problem. Love their professionalism and customer service!!! I hope you expand soon. ❤️

I dropped my car at around 9.00 AM for changing brake pads and rotors. They recommended over the phone to flush the brake system and tire alignment. They called me to pick up my car at 13.00 PM (4 hrs in total) and the shop manager confirmed that only one technician worked on my car. They charged me $1000 for labor, 8.0 man-hour at $124 /hr while my car was there for less than 4 hrs. After 20 mins argument with the shop manager he said it is what it is and the only thing that he can do is to put back all the old part at no charge. I paid the invoice but I'll never go back to any Canadian Tire auto services again. You guys can not stay in auto service market with such a dishonest behaviour. Terrible experience!

I had a rather pleasant experience on my visit here.My exhaust pipe connecting to the muffler was broken. the gentleman at the service desk did the diagnostics and came back with a repair quote of 1600$.. (basically to replace the entire exhaust)But he suggested me to go to a muffler repair shop and get it welded there..it ended up costing me 150$A true and honest person..I just wanna thank you for your awesome customer service...

They have to improve their communication between the employees and/ or train their employees better. I was told a price by their employee and found out it's a different price at the check up. Also raised the prices by 70% from last year to this year. That's a rip off, even considering the inflation and so on. Need to mention also that the quality of CT products went down. I'm assuming it's all for profit and not with the customer focus in mind... Disappointment all around.In addition there were 2 customers waiting in line to be helped out and no CT employee in sight till I asked the girl the cashier to call someone to assist.
