For once an easy to deal with courier company! Very handy to use.

Use them almost daily, they are always on time! The office always happy and nice to talk to on the phone. Not expensive.

Why does this company only have 1 review!! I have had the luck to work in two different companies that use KAA as a courier, and both had a lot of conveyancing deliveries that needed handling. That means lots of cheques for lots of money going lots of places and needing to get to those places *yesterday*, and very serious consequences should they be late or go missing! And without fail, these guys are the most reliable delivery service I've ever worked with. So reliable, I can't even tell you how their customer service is if anything goes wrong! I've never had an item go missing, never had an item arrive late - the very worst I can say is that occasionally, when they're super busy, I have to work around that.However not only is it not their fault, they're completely up front about it, giving me clear expectations and letting me decide whether to still use them, or to make alternate arrangements. Their reliability takes a lot of stress off of our shoulders during super stressful and deadline-intensive days. 6/5 stars, would absolutely encourage anywhere I'm working at to use their services.
