I had an old moss-covered SUV I was prepping to sell so after getting it serviced the mechanic strongly recommended Bashir's to clean it. Not only did Bashir pick up my old car from the garage himself (it was a couple kilometres away) but his team did a wonderful job inside out. I was worried he wouldn't be able to get rid of the strong dog smells and mildew all over the cloth seats. I didn't recognize my car after as it seemed new. Sold the SUV in 24 hours. I'm taking my other old car to Bashir next month for the same treatment. Highly recommended.

Horrific Experience - I was referred by a local N. Vancouver Auto Body Shop to get my car detailed here. I arrived at the main entrance around 3:00pm with two hours left before closing. There are multiple monitors showing the employees and work space for any customer to see. After about 15 minutes of no one coming to the front desk I called the phone number and I saw on employee on the monitor answer the call. I told him that I was at the front desk and he said, what do you want?" I said

I took my car for a simple wash to this shop as a trusted auto mechanic friend of mine shares the shop with this business. I mentioned that I need just a body wash (no wax needed). My car has y-spoke 19” rims which are so easy to clean, but usually automatic car wash brushes miss some of their angled sections. So, I pointed out that they need to ensure the rims get cleaned properly. The employees washing the car did a good job, but when I thanked the owner and asked how much, the guy said $100. Both my mechanic friend and I laughed as we thought he was joking, but he was not. His rationale was that only cleaning the rims costs $25, meaning that the body wash costs $75. He also said if I pay with credit card, he would need to charge taxes. I ended up paying $112 for a basic body wash. I paid the full amount, told him that it was my first and last time for this horrible experience, and got out.

I had a jug of milk leak on the back seat of my car a few days ago. I dropped by today to have a quick shampoo of the rear seat, to get rid of the awful smell. Much to my surprise, a shampoo machine was wheeled out to my car and promptly the seat was shampooed. Here is the best part, I was told there was NO CHARGE for this as it was just a quick shampoo and I was a valued customer of theirs. I have had 3 vehicles detailed here over the past 2 years and I have always been more than satisfied with the service and results. This is a very well run shop with respectful employees.
