Past year has gone down hill. Never ever answer phone or return calls ever.No stock ever since new ownership now they are absolutely the worse supplier we have used in past 20 years ( used to be amazing). Gave it almost a year before writing review in case this was a covid issue ect but clearly there getting worse every day. Not sure why but nanaimo location shelfs are more bare every day.

The girls at the front counter are rocking it! The store looks beautiful and they really make you feel welcome. Every time I come in they remember my name and usually predict what I need! This place would fall apart without them. Sheryl and Kieran are huge assets to your company! Thank you ladies.

I am writing this review with two points in mind. The 1st is to pay a compliment to one of the staff at Planet Clean. I find Layla to be a very conscientious and considerate person who takes customer service seriously, something which I very much appreciate. Further, I found Layla to have an impressive knowledge of cleaning products, in particular environmentally sensible cleaning products. I use a Vinegar/Water solution for most of my cleaning, but Layla informed me that the Vinegar by itself is not overly effective at actually removing dirt. Further, Vinegar can negatively affect the finish of different surfaces. Layla's advice has caused me to look into Hydrogen Peroxide cleaning solutions as an alternative and to reduce the strength of my Vinegar Cleaning solution (I think my original solution has been eating away at some of the rubber moulding on my stove...) So, IMO, Layla is an excellent staff person and a boon to Planet Clean.My 2nd point is in regard to plungers. The plunger I purchased from Planet Clean, unfortunately, was not of a good quality for me. I had it in the bathroom and the off gassing" smell of vinyl

The ladies are extremely helpful and friendly. They took the time to answer our questions and recommend the best products for our needs.

i stop by plant clean today .. It definitely felt like Christmas inside.. the girls have done such an amazing job with how they have decorated the store .... also the staff is so wonderful and very helpful

The customer service and knowledge from the woman working here is phenomenal. We were in the store on a Saturday and she helped us with several items, running up and down the stairs to get the things we needed, and also served several other people at the same time. Although we offered to return on a week day, she reassured us that she was happy to be able to help us and it was no trouble at all. Very pleasant and helpful the whole time.
