Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Great selection for whatever your needs growing indoors outdoors, doesn't matter they have it I was extremely impressed the first time in that store. Would give ZERO stars if possible. Staff is unprofessional, rude and lacks knowledge of their products. I as a customer have the right to make a complaint. The manager felt it necessary to return my phone call not to explain the situation but instead to yell swear and attempt to demean me. The manager should be fired and the company needs to severely rethink their customer service policy! I as a customer will never shop there again. I will ensure the 30+ acre greenhouse I work for never does either!

I recently had to get some supplies and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was at Sun Parlour. Sam and Erika were the people I was working with. They were both great! Unfortunately, I only dealt with Erika over the phone, but Sam helped me at curtside pickup. She is wonderful! It was cute when she recommended I move my car closer to the loading dock. I used my 'old man strength to get the bags in my car; just like her father. What a fun person. Thanks Sam and Erika.

Arrived at 8:15 am and was promptly greeted at the entrance with a smile and help. In and out of the store in less than 15 minutes and on my way. I would/will definitely return to this establishment with my future needs.
