Wyngit Delivery Inc.

Came home to find a white wyngit van blocking my driveway, license # MN0014. Honked and no one came. Eventually made it into the driveway. The driver can around the corner, didn't apologize or say say anything just got in. I took out my phone to take a picture of the van and license plate and he sped off like a bank robber (almost hitting another car). Yup this is a first class company.

Waited hours outside of my ETA because there were no drivers available? Poor communication. No guaranteed delivery time or tracking service. Not a good first impression

I use Wyngit for my shopify store and they are amazing. My account staff are so helpful and our customers love the same day and next day deliveruy options we are now able to offer.

I was expecting a time-sensitive delivery via Wyngit on Tuesday - it was not delivered, and I was told it would be delivered Wednesday evening. When it did not arrive again on Wednesday, I checked the delivery status around 8:45pm and it said ‘Failed Delivery Attempt’. No-one knocked on our door or even left a delivery notice, and it was clear that people were home (lights were on inside). I had a missed call on my cellphone, presumably from the driver, but no voicemail was left. I tried to call back about 5 times, with no answer.Frustrated, I called Wyngit to see if I could have my package delivered Thursday morning by 11:30am, as I needed the package before leaving for work. The customer service rep I spoke to said he would call me back, but never did. I ended up calling back about an hour later, and they said they would be delivering in the late afternoon. I asked if there was a way to contact the driver via telephone to see where my package was, and the rep said no, they don’t have drivers’ phone numbers. My experience has shown Wyngit to be unprofessional and unreliable. I have asked the business who sent the package to me via Wyngit to not use them again for my deliveries.

We have used Wyngit for our Vancouver based business for over a year and our experience has been nothing but positive with 100% on time deliveries, extremely friendly and punctual pickup drivers, and excellent customer support. Thanks guys!

We switched to Wyngit Delivery two years ago after our previous service provider was late delivering critical documents. Ordering online is simple, it gives instant pricing, and their customer service is exceptional. Highly recommended

Amazing customer service. I ordered some flowers from my local florist and they arrived within the day! After contacting them to see where my flowers were, they were more than happy to give me an estimate of when they would arrive. Very pleased.

I have witnessed this company's delivery vans driving dangerously in my residential area. Their van must have been driving 60 km/hr on a residential street right as schools were letting out. I urge everyone to not support a business that would be so reckless in hiring irresponsible drivers.

Amir is the man! Was stuck in heavy traffic and couldn’t get home in time for the delivery. He made other deliveries in the area then brought my package back once I arrived home. Another great experience with Wyngit
