I went to get my belly piercing today and omggg I love it. The staff and vibes we're great. Rachel did my piercing, she was so helpful and the whole process went smoothly. I would definitely be coming back :)

I took the piercing course. The instructor was amazing. She really knows her stuff. The whole place has a nice feel and makes you feel welcome. They take the time to answer questions and demo. They are very professional and knowledgeable.I left feeling confident and ready to pierce by the end of the course.Side note..My husband and I also got a tattoo done. It was done so beautifully. I am from out of town and will happily fly back to get more work done ! Highly recommend.

This place is a scam. Don't ever waste your money. I paid 2200$ to take the tattoo course which wasn't worth even 200$. The trainer (Michael) didn't teach anything about needles, colors, or ink. The place was so cheap that didn't give us one full fake skin. We paid 2200$ but they cut the fake skin in half and divided it between the trainees. This was so cheap. we didn't learn anything about printer either. They were just trying to get the service over with. Not recommended at all.

I went to this place and got a tattoo from Giovana and it was amazing to say the least. She was very professional and brought many different options to find a style I liked. Her quote was a steal for the quality of work produced, she was versatile and friendly! If you go there Giovana is the person to go to 10/10 recommend!Also, it states on the website that she works part time but she is not part time in fact she works full time which is good to know if your tattoo may take long.

It was a very nice experience, they we’re very welcoming and kind. Me and my sister chose to let the students do our piercings as practice for 50% off and they did a good job and we’re all very sweet! Definitely recommend and I will be going back

Came here to get my nose piercing changed from stud to hoop last year. The lady helping me struggled to take my stud out, took her quite a while to figure it out. The prices are way too high. A year later my nose piercing still hasn’t healed and when I went to a diff piercer to get it checked out he said there is trauma from the first time I got it changed. Not happy

Yesterday my younger sister went in to get a septum piercing done. Her piercing is completely slanted, the ball for the piercing FELL off not even an hour after getting it done. The piercers name was Raychul, she asked my sister if it was okay to teach students while piercing my sister which was not an issue. But she seemed to be in a rush of some sort and now my sister has to deal with a crooked FACE piercing. Not only that, but Raychul DID NOT clean the piercing after putting the jewelry in. We are extremely disappointed in the quality of the piercing. Do not recommend going here for piercings. It’s ridiculous.

These guys are awesome. Customer service and client care is top quality. Developed a little bump on nose piercing (totally my fault I kept playing with it like a damn toddler and stopped cleaning it too early) they walked me right through how to clear it up and offered help in store if it doesn’t go away right away.The man at the front desk when I went in and when I called back is so helpful and so nice!
