I was in a horrifically scary accident witnesses asked how come I am still alive just to put things into perspective... I was driving to work ... I honestly love my jobs and contracts and looked forward to immediate help to get me going back to work and voila these people staff and my physiotherapist are DEFINITELY benefiting me from being in horrific pain to manageable life and yes I want to go back to work so we have the same goals ! I appreciate anyone who is in the service industry honestly we are so fortunate that we are looked after so well!

Horrible! had booked an appointment 3 weeks ago, called to verify my appointment for the next day to find out the therapist who was to make my splint left the practice. never had a phone call about my appointment had been cancelled. Was then told they couldn't help me.

If you are hurt. DO NOT GO HERE.The place is poorly managed. The rehab team does not work or communicate with each other.If you area WCB case it's just a huge push to get you back to work. CBI will hurt you more than when you first got hurt.

The fine ladies at CBI have really blown me away. Not only have each one I've spoken with been particularly friendly, but also knowledgeable in all aspects of getting me rehabbed and back to work functioning better than EVER!My only complaint of CBI is that their staff were so darn friendly, that I didn't want to leave. I swear, if they had a couch and some food.... I'd make myself a home here....... But seriously... I highly recommend CBI
