Performance Health supported our recent clinical trial at McMaster University by supplying at-home exercise equipment. A sincere thank you for supporting research and for promoting health in general.

At the very start of the pandemic (when it was almost impossible to find alcohol based handwipes), I purchase a case of handwipes from this company for over $100. This was in April 2020. I was never told that the product was backordered and, with the passage of time, forgot about the order. Guess when the wipes arrived......February 8, 2021! 10 months later!!! Upon receiving the wipes I called the company and spoke to customer service to be told that I could not return them because of the medical nature of the product. I told customer service that they had not been opened and that the box was still sealed with their branded seal (see the photo). They would still not co-operate and process the return. So, I ask you...what kind of company delivers something 10 months after it was ordered and still expects their customer to pay....and then won't even take back their product? Answer - a totally dishonest company! Stay away!

I have purchased Professional 160 KL Large Dial Floor Scale back in Aug 2021, I have found out recently that the scale never gave me accurate weight since day 1, the reading is less than the actual reading by 5 kg, with the price tag I have paid I am expecting a good scale “Professional” as advertised, please note that the scale is for home use only. I have sent and e-mail to find out if it can be calibrated, yet to receive an answer

Ordered a shipment of Caviwipes in June, which they estimated would arrive in August, which is understandable considering the times. September rolls around and I call to check the status of my order, and the rep says there's no stock, and it might come in October. It's mid-October so I called again, and still no stock. I cancelled the order, which they were more than happy to process. I suspect larger orders are made by health institutions and given priority (as they should be), but this isn't right. If the item isn't available for public purchase, it should be mentioned, or clearly communicated that you will wait an indefinite amount of time for your order to be received.

Excellent service and good prices, I would highly recommend visiting this establishment for complete fulfilment of performance and health services in Canada and its affiliate countries.Having experienced multiple establishments for my performance and for my health, I can boldly state that this one is certainly the cleanest.

Do not order any products from this company!!! I ordered the Elasto-Gel Therapy 9 x 24" Wrap off their website on December 7
