The owner is a kind and helpful gentleman who treats us like people, which is unusual in this field. I drive 30 minutes to come to him, and it's totally worth it. The best in Hamilton, maybe the province. He'll treat you well, and you'll know it.

Total gem of a guy. A rarity in this world especially in this part of town. Didn’t give me a loan even though I qualified BUT I have SO much respect for the man because I was definitely living beyond my means. He could have given me $300 and then continued to bleed me dry month after month but didn’t. Instead he offered me great advice on how to fix some of the glaring financial issues evident from my bank statements and pay stubs. He didn’t have to but he took the time and made a long term difference in my life. I went to him with a large tax cheque recently and he was so kind. The chocolate bar is a nice bonus.

An AMAZING Man works there.....he is fast, smiles, and does not waste time. Also, the place is REALLY well air conditioned. I went there for the first time today as a NEW customer and was in and out REAL fast. I will 100% be going back to him for future needs in cashing work cheques.

This place doesn't know what they ate doing. I got charged an nsf fee because these guys put the payment thru on July 4 & again July 7.All I want is my nsf fee returned as it is your company's incompetence that incured the charge.Would Not Recommend to anyone!!

The man who works there is so sweet and caring. He shows very good customer service and I only go to this business to cash checks. Oh and I am always given a chocolate bar which is awesome
