The cutest Metaphysical shop. I recommend really taking your time to examine each shelf, there’s a lot too see and you don’t want to miss them. Candles and incense offered in bulk as well as very reasonable rocks and gems. They sell whole Geodes that you can break in half yourself. Pendulum boards, tons of Tarot cards, oracle cards, Caldrons, books, palm reading and tea reading sets, decor, vibrant meditation floor cushions, the list goes on and on.

Wonderful store. I went in “for a look” once and have since been back multiple times. Every time I have been welcomed warmly into the store. Not a huge markup on prices that I can notice I think they have fair prices and a phenomenal selection of books!!!

Am so glad there is a shop like this here in abbotsford and that they have a good variety of books, though I'd like to see more books on witchcraft. The owners are wounderful and when looking for something they are very helpful (even offered to order in a few things for me) if your in abbotsford I highly recommend checking them out ^^

really cute metaphysical shop, lots of great decorations to choose from and so many books, tarot/oracle decks, and jewelry! smaller selection of crystals, although there are lots of incense and candles of all scents and colours to choose from. worker was really nice!

I absolutely love this store!!! Such good energy from the moment you walk in. Sells everything from crystals, incense, books, candles, jewellery and all things metaphysical/spiritual. Everything is reasonably priced as well especially the crystals. I mostly find everything I need to create a positive and peaceful atmosphere at home. Whenever my space needs cleansing or I need grounding, I visit Food for Thought for some sage and incense. So many great gift ideas for others as well. I haven't found another store in the area that has the selection that this store does. The owners/staff are also very friendly. Highly recommend and love supporting local

The best metaphysical store! I have been coming here since 2012 when my spiritual journey began. It has been very supportive for me. Very grateful for this place! Very kind owners. The best selection. You will Always find what you are looking for! Unique finds you will not find anywhere else!! One of my favourite places to be!

First time in here. Lovely atmosphere, a wonderful selection, and reasonable pricing. Introduced this place to a buddy, She got a Deck & Pendulum while I got an Evil Eye keepsake. Had the pleasure of meeting Gary the owner. Polite, helpful & friendly

So unique inside, I could have stayed for hours looking at everything! I had my daughter with me and she loved it there. Jessica is super helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely shopping there again. This is what I came home with and I absolutely love it!
