I come to Hercs for my energy drinks. I am always greeted with a smile and all the staff I have interacted with have been phenomenal. Dave (the owner) is always so kind and always starts a conversation with me while I am at the register. I highly recommend coming here for all your workout and nutritional needs!

Amazing protein shakes! Yet to purchase the isolate whey protein but that’s the next step. Still crushing my goals with these unbelievably good shakes. They taste like real milkshakes (dare I say even better). Absolutely love the choc mint and cookies and cream shakes.

Fast and friendly staff. I've had issues at other locations with the shake coming out more watery than it should, and asked to have it made alittle thicker and without hesitation the staff member was kind enough to do so. Was knowledgeable when asked about specific powders to help gain weight fast. I will definitely go back for repeat business.Edit: I wrote this review for the bunting and Carlton St location in st Catherines

Great selection of protein products and other nutritional supplements! Everyone here is super helpful and are great at giving insight on products. They sell amazing made on the spot protein shakes too! Very convenient location (right next to the gym)
