We took our Australian Shepherd here for puppy class. Heather and Rae-Dawn teach you how to teach your dog practical and important life skills. We found the lessons to be well explained such that we actually understood why their methods made sense and worked. Would highly recommend!

I am surprise that there is not many review here because Heather is so great!! She is very knowledgeable in dog training. She always makes me realize that it's ME, who did something wrong that my dog is not getting the message. Whenever she is working with my dog, Qi(my dog) is very responsive, and happy! like she is not having class but fun!The training method is very positive. The class environment is friendly, not too many dogs so each dog can get the trainer's attention.Qi finished her puppy class and I will definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a wonderful dog training experience.

Unfortunately we felt judged and unwelcome. We only attend two classes. Can't say I enjoy watching new dog owners get shamed in front of a group of people. While this may not be intended, it was our experience. I didn't feel like it was a safe place to ask questions. The dog treats they gave our dogs were not healthy. The location was hot and they wouldn't provide water for dogs. You have to bring your own bowl. I can appreciate the concern for cross contamination but there was nothing for your dog if you forgot a water bowl. Luckily our dog turned out pretty awesome without training.

Heather is incredibly knowledgeable. She is very particular with training and will tell you exactly how it should be done and if you are doing anything wrong. It seemed that some people didnt appreciate her specificity but I LOVED it. It is wonderful to have a trainer with so much knowledge who can share exactly how things should be done. My dog was very fearful the first couple classes but warmed up quickly.After training was complete, when my pup hit adolescence we saw a lot of behavioral issues pop up. I reached out to Heather and she told me based on what I had told her, that a veterinary behaviorist was recommended. I was apprehensive about this but now that I am working with the behaviorist I am so thankful she pointed me in this direction. I cannot recommend Heather enough!!

Very friendly and professional staff. Heather and Raiden were both fantastic and were very helpful in providing the proper techniques and commands for our puppy.

Heather’s puppy classes are excellent, and she is a wonderful teacher of both people and dogs.

I'm not sure how this got such rave reviews. You sign up for a puppy socialization class and the instructor states keep your puppies away from each other" on day one. Very unpleasant experience. Heather is unapproachable and you truly feel shamed when your small puppy doesn't perform to the rigid standard. Unwelcoming

We took our new puppy Freya there, and now, looking back, it was the best decision we ever made. Heather and the staff are great, know their stuff, and will teach you (and the puppy, of course) the skills needed to succeed in having a happy, and well trained doggo. Looking forward to going back for some advanced skills!

We took two series of classes with Heather to help us with a problematic, intact Rotti/Golden Retriever mix. We had to up our game as owners in order to keep the dog, who was reactive to humans and other dogs.Heather was exceptional. Our dog Jet is a wonderful boy now, constantly getting remarks on how obedient, well trained and friendly he is. Heather was the best thing that could have happened to Jet.
