Avoid Koodo. When you have problems, you cannot speak with a human and are forced to schedule calls with a Koodo rep 2-5 days away. One of the worst decisions I made during Covid was signing up with this company. They make it impossible to understand your bills as well.

5 star to (Bayan) this gentleman went far and beyond where he had to do to make me understand how to use my phone and to make me happy, I was very close to go back to roggers and now he got me for 2 years contract and both gentleman where very helpful
