Jess came and checked our furnace and the fan ended up needing to be replaced. He gave us a quote for the very expensive fan and also a quote for a new furnace. We decided on the new furnace and he picked it up and installed it the next day. we now have warranty on the furnace and he didn't leave until everything was perfect. We are so happy he helped us out. Really great service we will definitely be using Prairie pipe doctor for all our plumbing needs.
