I have never wrote a review in the past, but after getting such a bad experience at Mack Winnipeg I have to post it. After three attempts trying to repair my truck the same issue continues as at the day one. After total spending over $20,000 in 2 months period for parts and labour my original issue that I booked my truck for the first time still exists. Service manager was rude and misled me. The only positive thing was that the parts staff was helpful. I would NOT recommend Mack Winnipeg to anyone.

Mack Winnipeg is the best of the best seriously my bf went to vision in Cambridge, Mississauga, we went to Volvo in London we went to redhead in Regina but we were never fully satisfied we had to go back again for the same job or they are taking forever to do Task by task and we all know time is money in trucking . This time we were stuck in Manitoba for 3days something broke inside our truck and made some major inside damage . we had a great amazing job done and help from the whole team JAMIE ,DILLON , HARV, WARREN thank you so much for the help and the updates . They made the impossible possible we were suppose to get our truck in 6 days but they got our parts and everything done in 3 days . What a relief. Thank you so much for this amazing hard working and friendly team and everybody was concern we tried to get a rental Mack truck but they were all out for at least 2-3 weeks .

Professional, great prices, great guys and I am very happy with the service they provided and fixed my truck at a great price I highly recommend this place! Thank you to Rob, Don and Drew and everyone that work there providing great service!

Parts never calls back when they say they will, make sure you keep tabs on these guys.

Very helpful and friendly staffNever complained when I bring my truck for services and maintenanceThey always do a great job as fast as they canLast time I came down and brought my truck on Saturday needing a quick repair as I had to leave right after and they took the truck in the shop and fixed it quicklyI would say the labor rate is high but I never complain about their job and downtime

I've tried for a week to get a hold of parts I believe they just called me back now and I missed a call I'm glad we only have one Mac terrible parts service
