As a personal trainer, and mom to 2 very active, competitive athletes (1 a competitive dancer, and the other a high level Alpine Ski Racer) - I HIGHLY recommend Sam from En Avant Performance & Sports Therapy to keep my girls performing their best - in peak physical condition.Sam is super easy to book with, has a great space to treat clients, and is extremely knowledgeable in how the body should move & function. Her assessments are thorough and she gets to the root of the problem quickly - then offers exercises, taping (and more!) to get the athletes right back into the groove, as quickly as possible. And her communication through the process is top notch.I will continue to trust Sam with my daughters’ athletic therapy, as well as refer my fitness clients who need a little more detailed attention. I had pulled my hamstring twice in the span of a month. I went to see Sam as soon as it happened the second time and was back on the field within two weeks with no further hamstring issues! I can't thank Sam enough for the care and time she's put into fixing my hamstring.

Look no further if you need an experienced, knowledgeable practitioner. Samara is professional, very accommodating and made me feel comfortable through out the treatment.The treatment results, information and follow up were 5 star for sure!

I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to physio/sports therapy. Sam made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, explained everything really well and her treatment was very effective. She gave me lots of options for things I could do at home and I would definitely go and see her again if I need more treatment.
