This is the best shop I've been to. They're polite, they will fix things before replacing, and they don't try to over sell you like other shops have done to me. I ended up having 3 issues with my car, and they fixed it all in one afternoon. And it was all priced reasonably. I live in Windsor, but I won't go to anyone else now.

I brought to my car in due to a few peculiar noises it was making. I requested assistance in identifying these noises and conducting an overall inspection of the vehicle. Travis went above and beyond, resolving the problem promptly and offering me a detailed quote that prioritized necessary repairs. All of this was provided at an unbeatable value. I'm truly grateful and will undoubtedly return for their exceptional service.

Travis was great, very friendly and helpful. The works done quickly. I even had a question the next day, came back and he checked it out for free.I will reccommend him in the future and will certainly be back.

Ordered rims and tires from here. Was told it would take 3 days. It took over a month. When it finally came in i didn't like how it looked in person. I had to keep calling every couple days as I was not getting any updates. The rim was already mounted on the tires. I wanted to have them returned. He said it was not possible. $3000 later I'm very unhappy. There was no alignment after the install. I was just told put it on kijiji. I wanted these rims but when they came in i didn't like them. 3days promised but over a month later they arrived. I could have just ordered the custom ones that take 6 weeks. I feel very badly about this whole transaction. There should be a customer satisfaction. What you see in the picture is not always what you get in person. Now I'm out so much money and not happy. Also got brakes and rotors i was not pleased with but decided to live with it since I would get charged extra labour. Whole other story. But the rims really hurt me. Very disappointed...

Travis was great in getting my car back on the road which needed a used transmission and I'm hoping it lasts long enough to get another one ..He was great to deal with and honest with his pricing I'll look forward to dealing with him in the futureDan Emrich

Vehicle was in need of repair. A short test drive isolated the problem. Job was quoted and appointment made.Vehicle was repaired on time and for below quoted price.Travis was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was needed.Being new to the area I looked at a number of 'shops' for my repair, I am glad I choose wisely.I would recommend Travis and his 'Shop' and wouldn't hesitate to drop in again when a repair is needed.But as they say, I hope I never see him again". ;)"

I've recently gotten my G2 & my first car, Travis has done my safety & fixed my failing throttle body on my Dodge Avenger, Not only has he been very honest about what needs too be fixed on my car, he's genuinely cheaper than most places in town, I'm not some person who has a mechanic I can call or whatever, when I need my car fixed I need it done at a reasonable rate & I want honesty, this dude is the real deal, he has my business for years too come!

Best mechanic in Chatham. Honest and fair prices, they are busy for a reason. I would recommend this shop to all my friends and will only bring my cars here from now on.

Very impressed with The Shop! We had a brake emergency in our van which needed immediate attention; called The Shop, got a call back immediately and there was a cancellation that day which Travis slotted us into! A few hours later, brakes were fixed and our van was on the road. Can't say THANK YOU enough! Price was very reasonable!

The Shop went above and beyond to help me. My vehicle ended up being towed to the junk yard, and everyday The Shop worked with me to figure out what is wrong. Left there free of charge. Very understanding and committed group.
