I lived in an apartment owned by D&A Properties, and loved it. It was affordable, the landlords were amazing to deal with and even when my roommate was being a bit of a PITA they talked to me respectfully about it. The only reason I moved out was because I had decided to move out of town to the GTA.

They replied, the process for application seems fluid. That said they are moving in line with everyone else where the company has a focus of not wasting there time instead of being customer focused and letting people see the apartment before submitting a ton of paperwork.
