Big shout out to Dan for being a fantastic real estate agent and helping me to purchase my first home in London, ON!I met Dan at an open house that I happened to pop into while driving by. Despite knowing that I was not ready to purchase, Dan and I chatted for probably 20 minutes about the market and life in general. Compared to other agents, I felt a connection and a sense of trust in Dan from the beginning. He seemed genuinely excited for me to be at this life stage and said he would help with enthusiasm in any way that he could. When I found a property that I liked he quickly helped me move from viewing the property, to making an offer and closing the deal.Dan’s dedication, knowledge and personable nature was much appreciated throughout this process. On top of everything else, we were always making jokes and his messages were always full of emojis (and occasionally GIFs) which kept the process stress-free and exciting. Dan was referred to my wife and I when we were getting ready to purchase our first home. Being first time home buyers, we had no idea where to start looking or what we were looking for in a house.
