I came in today to buy more paint for our home theatre. All the walls turned out great except for one. Michelle at the paint counter advised it was most likely the roller cover that was causing the issue. She recommended a different paint roller cover and offered one for free for me. It’s gestures of kindness such as that, which definitely go a long way. Thank you again Michelle. The final wall turned out fantastic and my family and I will enjoy our theatre for years to come. We went in with our idea of paint and they were 5 mins away from closing and Payal was so kind and offered to help us, she didn’t rush us at all but got details of what we wanted to do with the paint and made recommendations for what brand and finish we should get and she was spot on and helped us very thoroughly. Would highly recommend this branch and most of the staff is very knowledgeable as well with any home projects. This is our go to place for our home projects.

This review is specific to this specific visit. I've had both negative and positive experiences at this location and must state this one was very positive. I needed a piece of lumber for a small Christmas project. The employee I was in contact with went far out of his way to help me find what I needed and provided a discount when he didn't have to. It was much appreciated and excellent customer service. Thanks again!

We came in to the tool rental center after calling ahead and Shelbie was beyond helpful both over the phone and in person. We had gone to another home depot to try and rent a specific tool and they had absolutely no clue what we were talking about even though we showed them their own website with the tool we were talking about. We called this home depot and Shelbie answered and immediately knew what we were talking about and set it aside for us. When we came in she was alone helping someone else but she was still super nice and helpful and got us on our way in a timely manner. Great customer service!

We've shopped here quite a lot in the past few months.It's a good place to grab most things you need for your renovation. If you can't find it in store, you can usually order it online. Save one or two items.The staff is not always very knowledgeable, but they are willing to help.Lost a star for the quality of items that the pickers chose for our in store pick-up orders. The customer service associates were great in refunding and replacing items, though.

We’ve been in the store frequently lately for home renovation supplies, and the customer service has been excellent at this location. But yesterday, Rolly and Kimee went above and beyond our expectations and delivered exceptional customer service in helping us purchase our new appliances. Both of them were so helpful, courteous, and friendly, and made sure we got the best deal possible. We will continue to go back to this store for our home renovation needs.

This particular location is always well stocked. Although, getting wood cuts in the past has for some reason ruffled the feathers of the guy who has to make them, this location does have good customer service. The front end and Lawn and Garden run like well oiled machines. We always get our plants here hecause they are always healthy and not diseased like other places. They have a good selection of plants too.
