Dulux Paints

Shoutout to young Jordan who helped me, and MANY others today closing time. He was all alone (the week before Christmas and with a sale on?) and he had customers lined up out the door 10 min before close. He did his best to help everyone and did so cheerfully and respectfully - including me who phoned in a small order earlier. Well done man! Give this guy some help.

Good service, good price, and good paint.

I usually have nothing but good things to say about this store. The staff is usually super helpful and kind. However , at the beginning of the pandemic I called to see if they were offering curbside pick up or online orders and before I could even speak I was cut off. Every time I tried to ask a question I was cut off.. whoever answered said only essential contractors are able to buy paint. My family member has an account there. I wanted to ask how we go about it ... and she hung up the phone. I was so blown away by this treatment. I understand we are all under pressure and the beginning especially was super stressful - but there really isn’t an excuse to treat people like that.We are currently doing some painting at home and I will not be going back to this store . It’s a shame - I’ve been going there since I was a kid.

This store is horrible. The staff is rude and unless you are a contractor, they are not particularly helpful. I went in to get a can of paint for touch ups. I did not have the name of the paint with me and it was from a job 2 years ago. I stood there for several minutes before someone offered to help. I explained my situation and they said they did not keep records. I kept looking and then finally someone came back and handed me a colour deck from the collection 2 years ago. That would have been helpful right off the bat. Eventually I got what I needed but it was much more complicated than it needed to be and took longer than necessary. My husband has had issues with rude staff their in the past also. We will not be using this store in the future for sure.

Always been the most customer friendly source for paint on this side of Guelph. The staff here have nothing but help and knowledge to lend!Even during a very busy time I know I can get the right advice for my projects from these guys, and they’ve saved me money and headaches more than a couple of times. Always look forward to going back when I need some more colour in my life!!

Picked out a colour on their website but when we got there all the colour names were different. Not a big deal, we just needed a basic off-white for most of the house. Even enough we were ready to buy they insisted we leave with samples to match with our flooring (again we just wanted a white...) Strange to turn away customers who wanted to spend hundreds of dollars but we ended up going somewhere else that had cheaper prices.

Great customer service the young gentleman was very educated and professional who assisted me.

I have had good experiences with Dulux paints in the past however I will not be returning after today. The employees at this location are extremely rude for absolutely no reason. They do not allow anyone to ask questions nor do they express the prices of products prior to requesting payment over the phone. I was however able to return the paint which is why I have given the overall experience a 2 star rating. I understand that the pandemic has lead to difficulty in many aspects of life so I am hoping this was just a bad day but has lead to a soured experience over all.
