One of the few places in town with a good supply of fountain pens and related (ink, cartridges, converters...). Also sells textbooks and a bunch of carefully curated stationary / school supplies. Generally competitive pricing, good stock, great service.

Watch your bank statements carefully when making an online purchase. We were double charged for textbooks well over a week ago. Two sets of books were delivered with invoices with banking information printed hours apart - reflecting the times on the bank statements. The contact at the bookstore denies this happened and has stopped replying to emails. A pretty hard hit for a 19 year old working part time & trying make sure bills are paid.

We popped in to get cheer gear for our first football game in Ottawa. The staff were very helpful. Although there wasn't any specific sport gear we found hats tees and hoodies to make us stand out. One staff went out of her way to find a toque for one of us but was just not quite the right season. Some nice items and some cool stuff on sale.

I went into the store hoping to get some recycled shipping boxes, with not really much expectations. I went inside and I asked this wonderful employee who not only helped me get some, but also gave me a variety of them. I did not catch her name, but she went above expectations, by looking for it and going downstairs and grabbing a bunch of going to be tossed anyways carboard boxes and gave them to me as well as giving me some directions to where I can find some more. I am very thankful for this experience.
