They don’t provide good customer service.Very rude …

I own many cars I do a lot of insurance I live 100 feet from an autoplan but i drive up to A+S on Scott road because they are the best autoplan in Surrey super nice guys awesome speedy reliable service i consider them friends my wife and i been going to them over 20 years now go there for all your insurance needs you will be glad you did.

The agent gave me wrong advise. He suggested that under new icbc insurance rules I will have to pay more compared to what I was paying earlier. When asked that isn’t it based on crash history, he dodged my question and said it will beneficial after 3 years. I took his advise and cancelled my insurance on August 30th and got my two car insured under old ICBC rules. I had to pay cancellation fees for that.At work, my co-workers mentioned that they’re saving a lot under new rules and I was confused how that was possible. So, I went to another broker and he told me that it is going to benefit me as I’m a new resident in B.C. I saved $200/car. But I had to pay another cancellation fees thanks to the A and S insurance agent.I was very disappointed and felt cheated. I will suggest, everyone should do research and get advise from different agents.

Disappointed with attitude of staff. recently suffered break-in and employee showed little to no sympathy & empathy when we went to discuss potential insurance recovery. In what is already an emotionally difficult circumstance. this was the last thing we expected from our broker.The broker also laughed when we told him of our loss and he brushed it aside by stating we should not have kept these items at home.I was also disappointed that little to no attempt was made at the time of the agreeing insurance that i was not covered for theft. I was told this is the normal standard policy everyone takes. just sign the dotted line. I fully accept responsibility for not understanding the contract but i would have expected better service from the broker detailing all of my options.Extremely disappointed, as I feel that I have in part been cheated. I will directly deal with insurance companies as they are more thorough and Brokers are perhaps a thing of the past.

Horrible people!! Don’t go here absolutely terrible! RUDE!!! . I will never support a business that doesn’t have the ability or knowledge to be kind human. My car broke down and literally can’t move and I’m desperately trying to have it fixed. I begged them to let me park here until after the weekend so I can arrange to have it taken care of. The guy said no and that he will have my car removed. I’ve never experienced someone so rude and unkind to an emergency situation. Way to go for being an understanding human being. You must be proud of yourself. There were about 20-25 parking spots and I’m sure the one I asked politely considering the situation would not be the end of the world… I only support businesses that have people who knows how to treat other people right especially in circumstances where they can make exceptions.
