Peka is an excellent property management company with extensive experience. Jessica is great when you her on the emergency phone, very responsive and helpful even if it's not an emergency, she will give good advice in the moment. Highly recommend!

Or lack there of!A simple, we will do better, it's been a tough year in your building would've been the appropriate response...Our experience the past 12 months has been terrible. The building and property are going down hill fast.Almost 4 months since a flood caused extensive damage to all 3 floors of our building and the construction has been at a stand still for months leaving common area exposed and occupants homeless.Notices for entering suites comes on the day of entry which breaks tenancy laws, or with vague details.Break ins to the secure" parkaid are not taken seriously.And as a person with disabilities

We had the chance to rent in Canmore for few months. Mr. Ray Langlois from Peka Property Management showed us the suit, explained all aspect of the contract.Ray was courteous, professional, loads of knowledge and above all an amazing customer service.Once the contract was over, Mr. Langlois and Jess Springstead did the final inspection, again, amazing service.We are very satisfied dealing with Peka Property Management and hope we can rent with them again, such a great organization!

Anthony is the property manager for my building in Banff and has always been swift and efficient at returning communications and most importantly following up with work orders. Peka may be the more expensive management company in the Bow Valley but the service you get is a night and day difference. You really get what you pay for here and I feel like thanks to Anthony's knowledge things get accomplished before they can become a bigger issues.

Working with the PEKA management group has been a pleasure. Anthony who is a property manager has been very responsive in overseeing work required at the condominium. It is refreshing to be kept in the loop in terms of timelines and schedules with clear communication. I would recommend any condominium out there that if they are thinking about Changing companies, you should give PEKA a call!

I've worked with Kassie for several years in the capacity of PM to Golden Eagle Estates and found her to be competent and professional in the services she provides to the condo. As a BOD member I've worked with prior PM's that have not provided the action and follow up that Kassie provides. She is very well organized and is a pleasure to work with. When Kassie says something will be done she does it. Without hesitation I would recommend Kassie as a Project Manager and believe her strengths reflect greatly to PEKA as a valuable employee.
