Outstanding customer service.I arrived just as the store opened on a Monday and staff was dealing with a power outage, and a Hydro Quebec crew was replacing a transformer on the pole right in the parking lot.I said I could return later, but the staff ingeniously rigged up boat batteries and power converters in order to power the WiFi router, credit card machine and the POS system. Brilliant.It took a bit of time, but far less than a return trip from across the city.Thanks for the great service!

Went to see if they had a battery for my old 50$ drill nice clean and new place lots of selection and yes they could get my battery for a price of 40$ OK, I really like the drill so agree to order but she needs a deposit :O before she can order battery. So I said NO WAY! and went somewhere they where financially stable enough to ordered it (without deposit) and I got it in 2 weeks instead of 4 weeks lol but paied 5$ more ;)
