We had our bathroom fan cleaned. It was great and all. But one fan the technician cleaned stopped working after he cleaned it. It was working before. But right after he cleaned it. It miraculously broke.. now we have to go buy a new motor and replace it. My tenants who use the bathroom said it was working fine before as well. It’s too much of a coincidence that it broke right after he cleaned it.Update:Just wanted to provide update that the owner reached out to fix the issue. It’s nice that it’s not like other companies who don’t care after a job is completed. This gives me some assurance that I can rely on them even after the job is done. For that reason I would use them again for our next duct job because I know they care and will follow up even when a job is done.

A great experience from booking to finishing . I had to postpone 2 times due to construction schedule delays but Jason had been very patient with me. Both technicians Steven and Anas are prompt and professional. I’m very satisfied with their service. Steven also showed me some features on my thermostat that I wasn’t aware of. We've used Duct Dudes a few times over the years, for AC and dryer duct cleaning. They systems run so much better after their mobile service truck blasts out all the dust, etc.They are not cheap, but we're happy with the results.Service is always very professional, both when booking (email/phone) and in person.
