Had some work done last year for a hit and run claim. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Dropped my car off by my apartment where I typically park it and brought my keys to me at work as my work hours made pick up difficult. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else for autobody work in the future.

Dan is a great guy, top notch professional and he does a really very good job. They are kind enough to give me a courtesy car during repair of my car. The job done was excellent quality. And last bu not least, Value for the money, AWESOME! I can't say enough good things about my experience with Bertrand Auto Body.

I had exeptionnal FRENCH service! I had an amazing experience with them. The manager, Daniel, is very kind and understanding. He took the time to explain everything to me before all the repares that needed to be done. They even went above what was need by added paint touch ups all over my car. I was so happy. Exceptional attention to detail! I was rear-ended and took my car to Dan at Bertrand to get an estimate. He was very helpful and informative on the whole claim process. We had the misfortune to scratch the hatch door of our brand new Tucson on the garage door opener when opening the garage door while the hatch door was up!!!!!! I called three Auto shops. Daniel at Bertrand was unbelievably courteous and helpful on the phone. He was upfront about the wait time before the repair could be done due to parts delays and staffing. Absolutely the finest crew to deal with. Every member I interacted with at this establishment was very polite and understanding. The sequence of how things would go was perfectly outlined and executed.I came there to drop off my vehicle and brought my bike with me to ride to work while they take care of my vehicle but then it started to pour down rain.
