I called to get a price to repair my fence. I sent photos & dimensions as requested. Then nothing! I called 3 more times and still no call back.At least say you can’t do the work, or you are too busy right now. But not to return the calls, that’s disrespectful.

My contractor has been trying to get a hold of them for weeks. Last he heard, Aaron texted him back saying he'd get back to him in 15 minutes, then radio silence from then on. We were waiting on them before we could pave our parking lot. Got another contractor, they did it next day. If he didn't want to do the job, he could at least tell our general contractor that, instead of just not answering.

I've had nothing but good experiences dealing with them. As a contractor, they've helped me out during some tight timelines, and made adjustments for my sake, (that I would personally consider a bit aggravating) so I've got nothing but good things to say about them.They can be hard to get a hold of by phone, and their location is a bit on the outskirts, but if you go there personally and deal with Jason at the front desk, surely he will do anything he can to help you, so long as the services relate. Just treat him with respect, and talk to him like a person, and you'll get the result you're looking for. There's no better option for commercial chain link, so suck it up, and go for the ride. Once you're corresponding by email, the response times are normal, so perhaps start by sending an email rather than making a call.

Called and left voicemail, never had call returned,. a week later called and spoke with someone, said would get estimator out to take a look, it has now been 3 weeks and still no one has even come and looked at it

Although they may seem to be hard to get a hold of, when you do, and hire them and get the work done, it is exceptional. Great solid job, good price. They are hard to get a hold of since the boss is always out checking things are done properly. Professional, great job, and good materials used.

We at least had someone physically come to our home in Riverside and appear to take measurements...about a month ago. All efforts to contact them by phone or email since have been fruitless. I would not recommend them to anyone.

No longer an official installer of Ameristar products. Something seems to have changed here recently and they are no longer responsive. Terrible customer service

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The fence installation was shoddy with improperly set posts resulting in the fence leaning badly. After numerous attempts to contact the owner with no response I have come to the conclusion that this company is unwilling to stand behind their work. I do not doubt with service like this they will not be in business for long.

If I can give this business 0 stars, I would. I contacted them last week to get a quote on fence. I sent them a drawing via e-mail and they had all my contact information. I called them numerous times as someone was supposed to get back to me with a quote. I spoke to James, who said he will get me a quote next morning. Then I had a call from Aaron who said he would get me a quote the next day. I called back the office and Aaron again and no one picked up. Then finally James picked up at the office and told me Aaron is working out a quote for me and he will get in touch with me “very soon” and I am still waiting for over a week now and that soon never arrived. I think its very unprofessional that two of their staff made false promises and did not provide me with a quote. I find it very rude as they do not respect people's time. No wonder why this business has bad reviews and everyone complaining about the same. First impression is the last impression and no I would never do business with them!
