Greasy business. Guy says he fixes your bike but just holds it for a week and charges you 80 bucks with no receipt. Guy's a bum

Had a good experience with Will of Skooterz - first time dealing with this company - and they did exactly as promised - sold me a great used scooter and arranged the delivery of it to Toronto and did it all for a very fair price.I'm always nervous when I see bad reviews - but I don't know how much - if any of that - is true. I can only say that I honestly had a very good experience in dealing with both Eddie and Will at this company.They were both very knowledgeable about the scooter and surprised me with the 'next day' delivery - included in the already decent price for the scooter. SCAMMER - Avoid ! Instead go across the street. They sold me a used e-bike and pretended it was new. They also overcharged me and made up an unreadable note as a receipt. Guy is an alcoholic POS. I pray for the day they get busted.

Clearly not going to provide good service as they cant even answer the phone to a potential customer.

Best place to go for all your E-Bike needs. The owner has been doing this for 15 years, long before E-Bikes were even a popular item. Fast service, extensive parts inventory and a true local small business.

I don't even know how to word how bad this guy has gotten over time. Every time I go there he's loaded. The man always smells of whiskey and can't seem to focus on what he's doing. I took my bike in for service and nothing was done. He charged me cash because he doesn't have a working debit terminal. The machine isn't even set up. He had my bike for a week with a list of what needed to be done and nothing got done. I asked him to make sure my bike was charged and he said he charged it but my bike died 5km away from his shop and I live 30km away meaning I had to spend more money on renting a trailer and I was left stranded in an area I'm not entirely familiar with. Trying to get a hold of him is impossible as well. You can go to his shop but he's never there or you can call him which doesn't help because he doesn't answer his phone. The last time I was there he had a 60oz bottle of Jack open and nearly empty. Do not go to this man for anything because it either won't get done or it will prolong his inevitable closure. I should have seen the signs earlier and stayed away. Refusing to give receipts, pulling numbers from the top of his head, the same bikes in his shop half disassembled for weeks at a time. Do not make my mistake find someone else.
