I have a York furnace that was installed by RP&H just over two years ago. Shortly after the first year, the furnace would reach a set temperature, cut out and not restart unless I went downstairs and flipped the switch off and on again.I am disabled and having to run up and downstairs at least four times a day was draining and dangerous. This went on for a year and I had at least two service calls for the same problem. Each time it was deemed to be an electrical problem. I had a pretty cold winter and had to tell myself that the pioneers had it much worse just to stay sane as it seemed to be unfixable.In addition to service calls regarding the furnace, Rick from Direct Electric had been to the house three times to check and each time he advised it was NOT an electrical problem.In desperation, I phoned RP&H yet again. This time I gave them the name of my electrician and his phone number. I told RP&H that he had determined the problem was not an electrical problem and suggested that they call him to confirm. Then, everything changed. It is however untenable that no one on staff could diagnose the furnace problem especially as they purport to be “experts” but fail to be able to diagnose problems with the products they sell.After I called in sheer desperation RP&H was great and if they had performed that way to begin with, I would have given them a five star rating. Apparently they have no electricians on staff as do the more well known and larger plumbing service providers. This means that you have to pay for at least two different service calls when they can’t find the issue and blame it on the electrical when they are unable to immediately find the furnace problem. I do say immediately as no one person was here for very long - just long enough to see that the control panel had no error code without ever questioning that the control panel was operating properly.After finally conceding that it was a furnace problem, they tried numerous fixes over the next couple of weeks. Nothing seemed to work until finally a young fellow noticed an error code. So far the furnace has performed well but it has cost me dearly in service call fees to have it do so which is totally ridiculous and unacceptable with a relatively new furnace that was installed by the company I relied on to fix it.Update: Since this was posted I was contacted by the owner and issued a refund of my service fee. He also offered to check my air conditioning at no cost which has been done.- updated July 5,2023-June 6, 2023

Regina Plumbing and Heating is truly in a league of their own. We had our furnace go unexpectedly and needed emergency furnace replacement as it was end of December. We called after hours and they answered their phone and were out at our farm within half an hour. They assessed the situation quickly and efficiently. They even loaned us space heaters until they were able to get the correct furnace for the house, which did not take long at all. These guys do not skip a beat from beginning to end. They clearly take pride in their workmanship and value their customers. I would HIGHLY recommend Regina Plumbing and Heating.

Our furnace quit, we called them as soon as the office opened and within 20 minutes a Technician was here. He advised the furnace needed to be replaced and they were back within an hour and half and replaced the furnace. The whole experience was seemless, the techs were very friendly as well as the office staff.

Super pleased with my new water heater installation. The service technician was great. He set up the new heater very professionally while answering all my questions as he went along. I will be getting all my plumbing and heating needs done by this firm now

My father is 91 years of age and still maintaining his fully independent dwelling in Regina, but his furnace conked out mid-January and he was left with no heat. After calling around various vendors to answers of, sorry no parts

Regina Plumbing and Heating were excellent to work with. Our heater broke down and we had carbon monoxide in our house, and as is always the case, this happened in -40 weather. After getting the Carbon Monoxide dealt with, Regina plumbing and Heating were there same day to assess the situation and left us some space heaters, and the next day we had a new furnace installed. These guys were prompt, helpful, and excellent service. Can't say enough, thanks guys.

Our boiler quit working in December. After getting the run-around from another company, I called Regina Plumbing and Heating and told them about my problem. Adrian was at my house an hour later to look things over, and he called me the next morning with a price and a plan. By the end of the week the new boiler was installed and we had heat! The technicians were real pros and did a tidy install. The system works better than ever and we're extremely grateful to find caring professionals to help us out. Highly recommend the team at Regina.

We had issues with our furnace and Brennan came out very quickly in -42 weather and got us back up and running. He’s friendly and customer service oriented.Will definitely be getting him for a quote on a central air unit this spring.I highly recommend!
