Surprised by a flat tire upon departing for work Friday morning. Major bummer, right? Garage we usually use was short-staffed, unable to accommodate us. Late for work!! Nearby GARAGE ALEX on Wesley (corner Grande-Allée) answered the phone after the first ring, and politely answered all of my questions, including inviting me in for immediate assistance. Minutes later two mechanics were working on removing the wheel, plugging the hole and testing to ascertain the tire's reusability (cost-effective problem solving). In my case, the tire was not salvageable and a tire of the same dimensions was not immediately available. I elected to proceed with ordering a new tire. Garage Alex called two suppliers for price quotes, and thirty-five minutes later the new tire was delivered to us. Twenty minutes after that my car was back on the road!Kind, polite and honest communication. Thank you to Garage Alex for saving the day! Highly recommended. Don't judge a book by its cover...

WOW! The dude was SO NICE. Then he sold the car he promised us. Guys, don't lose your time with this sweet talker, nothing to get from him. You can be nice, but if you don't sign right in his face, don't take his word for granted. Very disappointing. This is why people go elsewhere my dude.

Brought in a flat tire because if a nail punctured the face of the tire. Called and brought it in, got home, all in 20 mins. Friendly staff. Nice to have a decent garage around the corner
