I placed an online print order but some weird glitch in the pdf file made 1/2 my print order unusable.I returned to the store & Leila fixed the problem for me at no cost.5 stars for the great service less a star for having to make an extra trip.

Sadly, they have no training to help you and seem to be instructed to tell the customer to go to the web site and figure it out themselves. My advice to anyone that can't find what they want quickly on the web site is move on to another business rather than wasting time to find someone to help. I was looking for printing on a foamboard or perhaps rigid plastic. Couldn't find foamboard on the web site but there was a smooth plastic option. However, no description on what that material might be. Tried calling multiple times over 2 days, no one ever answered. Decided I should go to the store and it will be much quicker (boy was I wrong). Got a trainee at the customer service counter and told her what I was looking for. She asked her supervisor about it and was told to tell me to go to the web site. I explained the info wasn't on the web site. They did pull a foamboard sample out to show me and I said that was perfect, how do I order that. They said on the web site, I asked them to some me where... Long story short, they eventually did try to find the info on their own web site and failed. They informed me they had no training on the web site and were too busy too help me further. They were far too concerned about falling behind on some photocopying job.

Untrained, unqualified workers in the print shop. Terrible service, they don't seem to know what they are doing on every visit, ignore customers. Generally useless but its the only print service close by.

Called them 20 times over a period of 2 days, nobody answered. I memorized the long message on the voice message machine!The store doesn't have the basic stationary materials, only few computer. Amazon's stationary items much much better.
