Brayden and his team did a roof replacement for both my main house and detached garage. They were in and out within a days worth of work while completing the job to a very high standard. Brayden came back a couple days later and completed a final inspection with me taking me up on the roof to show me the finished product. He also completed a final sweep to ensure there was no remaining debris or materials. Very professional and efficient service that I would recommend to any friend.

We had a very good experience with Brayden and his team at Golden Larch. We initially hired him to complete a custom home gym in our new townhome but we quickly learned that Golden Larch does more than that! We ended up also getting Brayden to build a feature wall with TV mount for our living room as well as a really nice looking feature wall in our office. The gym itself turned out fantastic! Brayden put down really high quality, good looking gym flooring and set up a wall mounted squat rack. The highlight of the room actually ended up being a functional custom space dividing feature to separate the entrance to house and the gym. It turned out really nice and we’ve had many compliments on it already. The customer service was excellent throughout the whole experience. We highly recommend Golden Larch and plan on getting a few more projects done with the team in the future.

There was a great deal of care and effort spent into tying our existing accent colors in the space, which is no easy task given the accents in the space were not just solid colors, but were wood grains. Brayden of Golden Larch assessed the damaged shingles on my roof and determined that heat build up in the attic due to improper ventilation was the issue. He made venting recommendations. Brayden also assessed my leaking eaves troughs and noted that they were improperly installed. They didn’t have the correct slope and flashing. We decided on shingles, etc. and Brayden went to work. Brayden turned out to be a perfectionist where everything had to be perfect or it bothered him. The job had to be done right with him. I had full confidence in him that issues a few years down the road weren’t going to arise because he didn’t take the time to do things properly. The end result with the roof was that it made my house look a lot more expensive than it really is. He isn’t just a skilled roofer but a designer as well and knows how to make things look good. My neighbours saw him working and commented on how hard he worked. A few passed his contact info on to their friends as well who were looking to have their roofs done. We’ve been locked in a 30C heat wave for the past month and my house, which would normally be hot all the time, has not been hot even in the daytime. His recommendation for ventilation, which did not cost much extra, made a massive difference with comfort and should increase the longevity of my roof. I realize now that my last roofer skimped on ventilation, flashing, etc. to keep the cost down. They just wanted to take the money and run. In short, Brayden is trustworthy, highly experienced, knowledgeable, and wants to create the best looking roof he can with what he’s working with. He restored my faith that not everyone is out to rip you off. He stands behind his work. Highly recommended.
