Little Burgundy

Nice little merchant of footwear. Helpful staff assisted me in finding my size. I was informed by a little boy that I “no drip” and that I am ‘a munch’, but whatever that meant had nothing to do with this fine establishment! 5/5

I came to visit the store again on Saturday and Ron greeted me right away once I got inside. He was so nice and always smiling. Every time I come by the store, he's always the first person who greets and helps me out. Seems like at a time I grab a shoe that I'd like to try on, he was attentive of his surroundings and is first in action even before I ask. He's very accommodating and always chats up with you to make your experience at the store above and beyond. I wish I could give this store more than 5 stars; it's always nice to find someone in a store who's always happy about what they do and how they help people. I will definitely come back and ask Ron for his help!

Shockingly bad customer service. All the people working there were a bunch of kids who thought it was appropriate to be gossiping and mucking around instead of helping customers. I had to interrupt them to ask to try on some shoes and the lady started laughing loudly. I initially thought she was laughing at me and was very confused and taken aback, but I eventually realized she was actually laughing at some personal conversation they were having. When she brought me out the shoes she just dropped them on the bench and walked off without saying a word.

The employees are chill, no pressure, have a good vibe everytime.

Great selection of chucks, van, Reebok classics and the like ect. But this place gets 5 stars because of their staff not their selection. I was helped by a pair of charismatic young woman who weren't just super helpful (and believe me they were) but super fun aswell. All n all they made for a productive, enjoyable experience for something as simple as buying shoes. Highly recommend this store.

Didn't get a name of the girl who helped me but if the manger of the store reads it, she was super pleasant to talk to and funny. I bought a pair of Dr.Martens about two weeks ago. I decided to try the size that another shop (gravitypope)I attended before coming by this one, didn't have and tried to peruse me to buy it two sizes bigger. The sales person here was incredibly sweet and helpful and I made sure I came back to her and let her to put my purchase through. I'll get back to the store just to get her name so I can update this review. I work in retail myself and I appreciate that a lot!
