This was my first time getting food from this location as I was headed to the ferry. There was a noticeable wait for my food. I don't mind a wait if they are making my food fresh, but they didn't say anything so I sat wondering while anxious about the delay. When I got my order, the egg was greasy and the English Muffin was burnt.Due to how long I already waited, I didn't have time to bring up the issue so I broke off the burnt parts, and dabbed the excess grease off on a napkin.

Beyond burger is great, but softdrink Root beer with 37gm of sugar is 50% more than an adult should consume in a day, unsweetened additives are no better. Would like to see half the sugar in all drinks.

The food is exactly what you would expect from A&W, so if you are a fan, you'll get what you crave. As the location is convenient when we are working nearby, we often go here. The service is generally quite slow. If you are using the drive through, be sure to fill your tank with gas before getting caught in the line. You can also do the smart thing and turn off your vehicle while the line pauses.

James and Chris gave amazing service at the drive thru! Very lovely voices and super kind. Prompt service and good quality food. Would recommend! Got a 5p chicken fingers and beyond meat combo. Yum!

A staple in Victoria and always steadily busy. Service and staff were good and typical standard of food quality expected from the stores. The store/location are older but kept clean and maintained relatively well. Parking and drive though lanes are a bit tight

Someone please train your staff, including the managers, in how to sub beyond mear patties. I was here July 13 2023 at approximately 1230 pm, and they insisted there was no way to sub the patty without creating a completely different burger at a different price.Given it says on the menu that this can be done for an extra 1.89, it seems that there's a disconnect there.It seems that some training is needed for the staff and I feel badly for them that they haven't been shown how to do everything they need for their jobs.If you do this, please respond to this review and I'll remove my bad review.

Amazing place to get some fast and good food.Parking is limited so please bewareDrive thru is open so that's always an option.Very accessible drive wise
