I cannot say enough good things about Bedford Orthotics and the experience of having an assessment and being fitted on orthotics that actually fit. I will say that they were difficult to get used to but hands down the best once I did. Andrea's extensive knowledge base coupled with her weight-bearing casting method and onsite lab makes for a winning combination. She created for me the first pair of orthotics that properly fit my feet and actually corrected the callus areas created by pressure. They are by far the most comfortable orthotics I have ever had and I've had many over the years that corrected nothing.As well, as a foot care nurse, and because of my own experience there, I do not hesitate to refer my clients to Andrea and her team. I have seen significant improvement in simply a shoe property fitted for a few clients who took the time to have a fitting done. One pair of well fitted shoes is worth a hundred pairs that cause pain! If you would like to enjoy pain free walking, give Bedford Orthotics a try.

Very pleased with service I received, i have known Andrea and her staff for over 20 years and from the first pair of orthotics Andrea made,they were perfect. I found Bedford Orthotics and the staff excellent and my first appointment with Andrea was simply amazing with her education and knowledge in her field. Andrea took the time to fully explain and educate me, as to all what was going on with my feet and gait. I was impressed with the 3D view, as well as the plaster casts that I personally keep for future use, if needed at anytime up the road. Andrea also fitted me for new footwear, which I was informed that a rocker sole was now a must in any future footwear, as well as a D Width. I have since found out that the rocker sole helps with every step and gives me instant pain relief due to the front of my foot not touching the ground, which is a simply and amazing correction that certainly has been needed. These tips in my new footwear and proper fitting orthotics have made my feet happier and so much more comfortable.I would highly recommend Andrea and Bedford Orthotics to anyone who has any kind of foot problem. There is a great deal of engineering, knowledge and education in the orthotic product that a person is purchasing, which certainly can make a huge difference in the best results.I have been extremely happy with Bedford Orthotics and am a repeat customer and will continue to be. I do hope that Andrea will be doing work in Nursing Homes, as it won't be too long and I will probably be in one and not able to go personally to the office in Bedford. Have been struggling with a nasty case of plantar fasciitis for some months now. Tried everything including physio and home exercises, as well as off the shelf shoe inserts. But Andrea and Bedford Orthotics custom inserts have made the real difference. Super friendly and helpful team ... and Andrea is so knowledgeable! And the quality of the inserts has been superb.
