A very good jewellery shop with a wide variety of prices and selection. The owners are a little old school when it comes to internet and electronics but the more homey feeling makes up for it. A little more relaxed and less sales pressure, but you need to be specific with what you want.

Came in to see if I had gold worth selling, was advised it was worth more to sell the jewelry myself rather than melt it down. Solid advice, would do business with again.

Guys i really liked you. But my girl friend came intoday to look at engagement rings you where super rude to her. I was shocked how you treated her. Plus if you want training on the difference between moissanite and lab grown diamonds please give me a call.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this jeweller for resizing engagement rings. I was eager to know that they take their clients’ pieces to a reputable partner in Vancouver to get done. Upon receiving my engagement ring back from being sized down, I noticed that some questionable work had been done to it. The engraving on the underside of my ring was squished where the resizing had been done. This damaged covered a larger area than required for this job. Additionally, rhodium plating was not added back onto the ring in that area, creating discolouration and inconsistency in the tone of metal.I had to take my ring elsewhere to get properly repaired and resized down a second time. This jeweller explained the damage that had been done in detail, apologized that this happened and recommended that I get my money back for the previous job. She has also told me that the damaged engraving is not repairable and that this job was too advanced for the initial jeweller.My personal recommendation for this company is to please reconsider the jeweller that you use.

Very disappointed with our experience of having a men's wedding band resized. I was called when the ring was ready for pick up, and the finish on the ring was totally altered it looked like a completely different ring. After showing them photos and explaining that it was not the same ring I dropped off, they had the goldsmith fix" it. I went to pick up again and although it's been "fixed"

They fixed a pair of earrings that were not purchased from their store. They were completed in less than a week and at an a reasonable price. Highly recommend for your jewelry repairs. Nikki was super friendly :)

I had a lose diamond and picked a beautiful ring setting there then picked up the ring a week after. Love it! Great place to customize jewelries!

We had the most amazing experience with the lady here (sorry, I didn't get her name). I was helping my friend find a wedding band for his fiancé, as it was a very time sensitive situation. I called Thomas Jewelers and the lady was such an amazing help. Not too mention very caring and compassionate. We found a band, and one that fit the bride.... in stock!!I highly recommend this company.Keep up the fantastic customer service!
