Buyers beware…. I bought a Karcher pressure washer last June 2020 with the impression the warranty was 3 years clearly marked on the box. After 1 season the wand started leaking and was told by a Karcher representative it’s a 90 day warranty on the wand which Is indicated in the owners manual. Very shady. I am now out the 200.00 that this item cost 1 year ago.

You should never buy from this company! My power washer gun had a leaking issue. I ordered a new part through the phone, had to pay up front. waited for two months, the customer represtative told me that they mailed to some other address and could not do anything, even worse they can't find my ordering information. Can't believe what data systems they are using. Bad product, bad customer service

Love the VC 4s Cordless Vacuum, so easy to use right out of the box. Assembly was a snap, charging straight forward and it was so simple to use. Great pick-up power on all surfaces (hardwood, tile and carpet) and I was particularly amazed at the dirt it pulled out of our living-room area rug. Very pleased...

On two different phone calls to Karcher Customer Service they acknowledge a known design flaw having received other complaints about the trigger valve on the wand of my power washer. Their answer, “you need to buy a new wand as we do not sell parts” Presumably the new wand will have the same defect at the moulding joint that sprays water under pressure. This is an easily replaceable part, no more difficult than replacing a washer seal on the same assembly. What does it say about a company who sell easily repairable equipment but do not sell any repair parts. They expect their customer to throw it away a full repairable assembly so they can sell new. This is not credible service.

BUYER BEWARE!! Warranty issues galore. Purchased my first (and believe me my last) Karcher pressure washer directly from their web site. Was not working properly right from the start so I contacted them immediately. As they would not replace it I was forced to drive 1hr to a repair shop that they requested, that shop was no longer affiliated with Karcher because of guess what? PROBLEMS WITH WARRANTIES. Karcher then gave me a 2nd repair shop in that city, Oops they stopped dealing with Karcher also because of WARRANTY ISSUES, was given a third place in that city who told me they were so backlogged with Karcher repairs that they weren't accepting any more units for at least 3 months!! Karcher then told me to bring it to a repair shop an hour in the opposite direction of my home ( this is now a 4hr delivery) i have now been waiting over 3 months numerous calls and many promises later Karcher still hasn't sent the repair parts needed to fix it .

Bought a k2020 model from lowes under 2 years ago. Had to replace the wand within the first 3 months of owning it, next the gun wouldn't shut off and now the gun is leaking everywhere and won't build pressure. Called the service line and they said they could sell me a new gun. It would take 1 to 2 weeks to ship it from Missassauga to Ottawa. That is a 5 hour drive...

I bought a vacuum cleaner, I want to return or exchange it, but no one answers my mail.

I bought the Karcher pressure washer g3200 xk on the Karcher canada website. ( They deleted this review on their website 1 hour after the post)1- The product is not as advertised. There is no isolation in between the frame and the engine. The vibration is crazy. There was so much vibrations that the soap was turning in foam and coming out the bucket. My girlfriend was pissing herself watching me foaming my driveway. The engine is not quiet and you mix it with insane raddleying. You need to make sure your relations with your neighbours are solid before you use this product because everythime you turn it on, they will hate you.2- The gun do not fit adequatly for his rack. It is made for the little one on the model 3000. This one is getting scratch everytime you pull it out and back in place.3- The nozzle rack is not like in the pictures. There are 2 bolts that pass threw the frame and are way to long. My cloths was getting stuck everytime i was reaching for a nozzle.4- When i decided to return the product for all those reasons, it took more than a month to get my money back. You keep getting some voice mail and they rarely call back. I also needed to coordonate with company who came back to pick up the product. (During open day in the week, because it is a common practice to take a day off to ship back a rubbish product to the manifacturer) When they pick it up, they dont give you any proof. i took a picture of the truck ?!5- Their price is like Canadian Tire, They put a stupid high sticker price and they always drop it. It was 539$ in april 2021 when i bought it. Even at that price it is not even close to worth it.6- They dont care. They did not offer my any alternative and they never answered any of my questions regarding the differences in between what was advertise in their website , the picture on the box and the real product. They were trying to say that something it is not exactly like the picture on the web, but they were out of excuses when i told them that it was also different from the picture on the box. Sell A in a box that show A and receive B. Just make sence right ?!7- Sherry on top. When you need to pay, they transfert you to an external link related to paypal. I have a paypal account that i did not use since 3 years.( I never had any problem ) 4 Days after the transaction, i got fraud. They transfert 2 k from my banking account to the paypal account. I was lucky it take a few days to be unlock in the paypal account. I was able to lock the paypal account. I still needed to change my banking account and my debit card. I told Karcher that they most have a breach . They said they will look at it and be back at me. They never did.8- I have a Karcher g2650 since 10 years and i wanted something stronger. My story with karcher ends here. Very sad i loved my hold pressure washerFinally, If after all that you still want to buy their product, do it with a reseller. At least you will be able to see if you like the product because it is not as advertise. It will be easier when you take it back.

Purchased an FC 5 floor cleaner in November 2021 and it's been a wonderful addition to my household cleaning tools. I no longer need to sweep & mop, this little unit does both in one shot! I haven't tried the different brushes yet but everything that came in the box has performed exactly as advertised. While it's a little work to get the unit out & ready for use but the cleaning is wonderful and the floors dry quickly afterward. It's also very easy to use, even my toddler has gotten into the cleaning action.

Went to Karcher Canada head office in Mississauga Ont, today without calling in first.The customer rep assisted me right away with the issue I had with my pressure washer nozzle spray wand.The rep asked a few questions and took my spray wand for repairs.The rep returned back in a few minutes with a replacement of a new complete nozzle spray wand. He advise if there was any issues I can return again.Returned home with my spray wand, which worked like a charm.Thanks you George (Rep from KARCHER)
