I have no problem referring patients to this wonderful place! Josianne knows exactly what to do, adds the perfect amount of pressure, and she is wonderful. The office is serene and comfortable, easy parking, and as a bonus Blue Leaf has so many resources when it comes to health.

First time here with Sasha, it was a great experience. She is very knowledgeable and a very talented RMT, even helped teach me some stretches for injury prevention. Definitely would reccommend getting an appointment !

Josiane Arsenault is AMAZING at what she does!!!! She is so kind and warm, easy to open up to. My back and shoulders are always sore but for a few weeks after my massage I feel like I'm 13 again. She has also given me some tips/tricks/techniques to manage the pain and improve my posture. If you need some advice and pain relief Josiane Arsenault is your girl. 5/5 will definitely be back and definitely recommend :)
