Billdr Renovation

I've been working with Billdr and my project manager James Jefford on a large scale project to soundproof my entire house. From the outset James was excellent, helping me scope out the work required and then handling the bidding process for the GCs to get the project started. He even went to bat for me to negotiate an extremely competitive price! Highly professional, knowledgeable, personable and just all around fantastic, 10/10 would go with Billdr again. Very excited to complete the project!!

I’m so happy to have done business with Billdr for our home renovation project this summer. Billdr connected us with an excellent team of designers as well as our general contractor who did an amazing job with our master’s bedroom and bathroom. The weekly meetings with Billdr were always so efficient and I really liked seeing the progress of our project through the reports that Josiane sent afterwards. I’m really happy with the whole experience and results.

Our project manager is James Jefford. James has been going above and beyond helping us with our reno project. He is reliable, responsible, knowledgeable, resourceful and dedicated to his job. He is very responsible for calls, messages and emails any day of the week. He has even been coordinating with contractors, the architect, the engineer and the city to help us get this project started. James really helped us save a lot of headaches especially with both of us working full time and with 2 young children at home. We appreciate and highly recommend James as a project manager!

I'm at the beginning stages of my home remodel. Even though I've done several home remodels in California... I'm new to Montreal/Quebec and Canada. So having a Project Manager like James Jefford with me every step of the way has been a huge sigh of relief and helps with the stress, information, budgeting, and everything else that has come up thus far. I'll be continuing to redo the entire foundation and build a fully finished basement as well as add an additional upper level to the home the year after. He was always on time, never missed a day, helped us with suggestions for our vision of the project. James and Steven made the best team.
