I never write reviews for anything, but I just experienced the worst customer service ever at this place. I am not sure if the old lady working there just had a bad day, but she was totally rude and insulting to me when I tried purchasing something using my credit card and refused to pay for the extra fees she was charging me for using my card (charging extra fees for using a debit or credit card is illegal - she should know better if she runs a business here). I am never returning to this place. I just moved in the area so good thing there is another dépanneur right in front of this place, where I can do my errands if need be.

Impressive selection of goods, especially beers! The lady at the cash (possibly owner) literally opened up a case to accommodate me when all I wanted was to buy a single beer and gave me a discount en plus. Merci, bon dep! Je retournerais pour futurs achats.

Bons choix de bières de microbrasserie mais service à la clientèle particulièrement désagréable... caissière significativement impatiente envers les clients. Je pense qu'il y a d'autres boutiques de bières plus sympas à encourager. Un peu dommage...

Ils ont effectivement un bon choix de bières, mais la vieille dame à la caisse est tellement désagréable, pour ne pas dire agressive. Je n'ai jamais vu ça... Je vais aller encourager une autre place qui se trouve un peu plus vers l'ouest.

Endroit autosuffisant, ou les clients ne sont pas traité avec respect.Quand tu appel le 1er Janvier pour savoir si ils sont ouverts et que tu as un numéro privé, ils ne répondent pas au téléphone. Surveillez votre monnaie!
